1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sammoke.com and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Sammoke provides investment education content for informational purposes only. Our services include online courses, webinars, community access, and portfolio education tools covering stocks, ETFs, crypto, and retirement planning.

Important: Sammoke is not authorised or regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as an investment firm, investment adviser, or fund manager. Our content does not constitute personal financial advice as defined under the Investment Intermediaries Act 1995 or the European Union (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017 (MiFID II). All investment decisions are made solely by you. Sammoke accepts no liability for investment losses.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over and legally constituted entities. By using Sammoke you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in EUR. VAT is applied where applicable under Irish and EU law. You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and EU Consumer Rights Directive. Beyond this period, our 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on sammoke.com — videos, course materials, written guides, brand assets and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Sammoke and protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (Ireland). Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Sammoke is not liable for:

Investment losses arising from decisions made based on our educational content
Changes in tax law or regulation following course delivery
Market fluctuations or platform downtime
Inaccurate information provided by users

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU consumer law. The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) provides guidance on consumer rights — ccpc.ie.

8. Amendments

Sammoke reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
